Encrypted storage
Transcripts and minutes are stored encrypted on your device — protected via your operating system's keychain.
Minutes leave the app in the format your team already uses.
Nothing is locked in. Minutes, transcripts and diagrams export as Markdown, PDF, DOCX or plain text, with your own header and footer applied.
The product weekly focused on three open problems: the onboarding funnel, the PDF export and speaker recognition. The drop-off rate in the second onboarding step is unchanged at thirty-eight percent; the logs and three user interviews point to the same cause, model downloads that abort without showing any progress at all. The progress indicator for the model download ships this week; resuming aborted downloads follows in the next iteration. Long task lists in the PDF export will break across several pages, with the table header repeated on each page. With more than three speakers on one microphone we promote the manual speaker correction rather than swapping the diarisation model.
